Call Divert / Call Forwarding
This service comes standard with our 0207 numbers, simply log in to the control panel online anytime and specify where your calls get diverted to. You can divert calls to your existing: Landline phones, fax line, mobile phones and to a VoIP phone. Calls can be diverted to UK numbers and to many numbers abroad.

Voicemail / Call Hunting
Add voice mail if you would like the system to take messages for you if you are busy or unable to take incoming calls. You can access your voicemail via your phone or have the voicemails sent to your email address. Use call hunt if you would like to set a sequence of numbers that you would like the system to ring in, in oredr to find you.
How to add voice mail / call hunt?
- Choose a number or a few numbers from the available selection of numbers.
- Click the checkout or trolley to get to the list of numbers that you are ordering.
- Click on the services button and a drop down of services will appear.
- Select dmVoice in the drop down list to add the voicemail/call hunt service.
- Follow the process to register and activate the numbers.
Fax to email
Fax to email allows you to receive faxes directly as email attachements, this is very conveinient as you can get faxes anywhere that you have access to the internet/email, you do not have to print the faxes to view them, saving you printing costs and you can view them privately.
How to add fax to email?
- Choose a number or a few numbers from the available selection of numbers.
- Click the checkout or trolley to get to the list of numbers that you are ordering.
- Click on the services button and a drop down of services will appear.
- Select dmFax in the drop down list to add the fax to eamil service.

- Follow the process to register and activate the numbers.
Online Control Panel
You can log in at anytime and change your diverts and call handling settings. The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the diverts change instantly.
How to access online control Panel?
- Choose a number or a few numbers from the available selection of numbers.
- Click the checkout or trolley to get to the list of numbers that you are ordering.
- Click on the services button and a drop down of services will appear.
- Select the call handling options you require in the drop down list to add services.
- Follow the process to register and activate the numbers.
- Log in using the details suppled and edit diverts accordingly.
